The annual meeting will be held on Sunday January 13, 2019 at the Emmet Chalmers Fire Station. There will be a short board meeting staring at 6:15pm and then the annual meeting will be at 7:00 pm.
Please find a voting proxy attached. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please sign the proxy and return it to one of the officers or an area rep., so that we will be sure to have a voting quorum for the meeting.

Feel free to invite any previous residents. Please contact Dave if you are an original resident.
The picnic will include:
Food: Hotdogs, smores, birthday cake, please bring something to share.
Fun: Kickball, Corn hole toss, ring toss, lawn Jenga, Electric Corvette rides (4 and under), sidewalk chalk, etc.
Prizes: Largest family present, most seasoned resident, newest resident, and families living in subdivision longest \ shortest.

The annual Meadowbrook picnic will be on Sunday, September 30. The parade will start at the entrance at 3:30. As usual, it will be led by an Emmet Chalmers fire truck. All kids are welcome to follow on bikes, or walk to the ball field. The picnic wiener roast will begin at 4 and last until around 6. Hot dogs and buns will be provided. Please bring a dish to share and your own drinks. Feel free to bring any yard games you would like to play. A sign will also be posted at the entrance the Sunday prior.

The Annual Meadowbrook Meeting is to be held Sunday, January 8th at the Emmet Chalmers Fire Department. A regular board meeting will be held at 6:30 pm and the annual meeting will follow at 7pm.
The proxy form is attached. If you cannot attend please please complete the proxy form or contact your area representative.
We will be voting on new officers at this meeting, reviewing 2016 events, and discussing expectations for 2017!
*Members who have paid their homeowners fees for 2016 will be able to vote on Meadowbrook business such as fees and officers.
Annual Picnic and Parade
September 25th, 2016
Parade begins at 3:30 - lineup behind the firetruck at the ball field.
The parade will go around Meadow Drive and return to the ball field.
Picnic will follow at the ball field - hot dogs, s'mores, water, and tea will be provided!
Bring chairs and a dish to share!
Games will be provided - washers, jumbo Jinga, and jumbo Connect Four, Bocce ball, bag toss, as well as some carnival games for the kids!
