UPDATED BURN PILE RULES: MAY 2013
The burn pile is located on the unpaved road at the end of Fawn Ridge. Proceed down Fawn Ridge to the end of the street and you will see an unpaved road. Drive slowly down
the unpaved road as it is very rough and uneven. Drive until you see a brush pile in the clearing to the left. Be careful, the road ends in the river. If you hit water you have
gone too far!
ONLY trees, shrubs, leaves, and other wood products should be placed on the burn pile. Stack brush up, not out flat. Do not place material near the road. The pile burns best
when it is stacked high.
NO PLASTIC CONTAINERS
NO GARBAGE BAGS
NO GLASS
NO HARDWARE/CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, SUCH AS DOOR KNOBS, HINGES, OR METAL OF ANY KIND
Construction waste (boards ex) should not be put in the burn pile because they may contain nails, staples, etc. or covered/treated by chemicals (ex: paint or treated lumber).
